I am starting a new Youtube channel dedicated to Real Estate in the Smokies. The goal is to teach people how to properly invest in our area. Which brings me to why I need your help- I want to know what problems, concerns, troubles and helpful ideas that YOU have!

1) We would have researched rental companies more thoroughly, regarding their marketing plans.
2) Having no experience as relates to septic tank & well water maintenance, we would have researched that more as well.
3) I would inform new owners that upgrades & improvements are necessary to stay competitive.
